20th March update.

Nothing brings people together like good food. Thousands of meals have been shared at our location since we opened only 8 months ago. It is our pleasure to provide you, our local neighbours and guests from around the world, with the delicious food from our country, service and hospitality that it is now associated with Baqueano.

We are sad to announce that, following the latest government message, we are temporarily closed in order to support UK’s effort to contain COVID-19. Whilst we are upset we won’t see you for a while, we believe it is an important measure to ensure the safety of our guests, our staff, and our community here in Brighton. We face a challenging new reality, but we believe these measures will help everyone in the long term.

Yesterday we launched our delivery and collection option, Baqueano-to-go, so you can still enjoy our food from your home. You can visit our website baqueano.co.uk to order every day from 5pm to 9pm. The takeaway menu is reduced, but it includes most of your favourites and we are selling raw steaks too, for those who love to cook at home! We will not be using a delivery company, but we will personally be delivering to the Brighton and Hove area. You can now also purchase digital gift vouchers from our website that you can buy now and use in the future.

We will continue to provide updates as the current situation unfolds, and you will keep seeing our faces all over our social media channels. We are extremely thankful for your support since the very beginning, and we look forward to welcoming you back soon into our restaurant.
